MailLooper is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool that helps businesses find potential customers and communicate with them.

2. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to comply with the following rules while using the system:

• Anti-Spam Policy: The user must comply with applicable local and international anti-spam rules. Unauthorized or abusive bulk sending is prohibited.
• Data Usage: Data obtained from map and website sources may only be used for the user’s own business activities and may not be resold to third parties.

3. Payment and Refund

The service operates on a prepaid subscription model. Refund conditions after activation are evaluated under the applicable laws and the service agreement.

4. Disclaimer

MailLooper does not guarantee absolute accuracy of data obtained from third-party sources. Email deliverability and spam-folder placement depend on the recipient infrastructure.

5. Changes

The Company reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
